"The world is beautiful. You just need to have the right visualization." – Akriti Lal
"Data tends to remain silent in silos . In Collaboration you will see it speak great Insights" – Akriti Lal
In the digitalised world, the power of data from managing internal resources to reaching out to the customers has amplified significantly. While most of the businesses have curated & collected a large volume of data, they are still lacking the ability to capitalise it. Here comes the role of Instrovate Technologies that provides corporate training and consulting and helps organizations become data driven in true sense. The CEO Magazine: As your company grew, or re-grew from your pivot, what were the primary challenges?
Akriti Lal: The biggest challenge and also a great opportunity is the inevitable nature of the technology that is constantly evolving, the tools associated with it and the presence of individuals & mentors who ensure that the knowledge can be shared with the wider audience.
The advent of artificial intelligence ( AI ), business intelligence ( BI ) and cognitive intelligence ( CI ) have enabled most of the products to be re-launched and in a way that can make a significant difference in the offering. Instrovate Technologies embraces and appreciates the contribution of AI, BI, CI to these tools and needs to upgrade at a lightning speed so that the wider audience can start making the benefits out of it.
The CEO Magazine: Shed light on your team. What ethos is maintained for the employees in your company?
Akriti Lal: Instrovate Technologies believes and practices an open and sharing culture. All the professionals who engage with the latest tools and technologies create business-specific use cases, course content, along with the labs and workshop are totally in sync with each other helping them to grow and learn from each other's expertise. Also, Instrovate is a firm believer of incremental learning i.e. there should be some addition to each one's knowledge base daily, as a result, all the use case & workshops are constantly upgraded.
The CEO Magazine: How did you get where you are today, and who/what helped you along the way?
Akriti Lal: Technology is the 'soul' of the idea behind Instrovate with which I and my team aim at 'improving employability' by training the workforce on the latest in tools and technologies. Technology is changing at a rapid pace and it's difficult for educational institutions to match this pace. Through professional training, my brand makes sure that the latest technological findings reach everyone and they can use it for the maximum benefit.
The CEO Magazine: What do you think are the key elements contributing to professional and business success for women in India?
Akriti Lal: Today, a corporate working atmosphere should be considered as natural as your home and both can weigh differently but you don't have to compromise on one to focus on others. Striking a simple work and personal life balance which can be achieved with management, aligning your energy and deliberately choosing a profession that can complement these is what I believe is essential for business success for women in India.
The CEO Magazine: In a society like ours, with its skewed stereotypes, how did you manage to set out on your journey? What were the major challenges?
Akriti Lal: I sturdily believe in accepting that it's your life and only you can bring a difference started the journey for me. For me, the basic understanding, every woman should have is that if you want to enjoy the luxury that this life has to offer, you also must go through the hard work.
With a strong voice and vision, I believe one should be able to leverage the knowledge, degrees and the skill set they have to make a difference for themselves, their family and the society. Underplaying, playing second fiddle, being victim conscious serves no purpose.
Being a lady, I feel the biggest challenge is giving our self the leverage that since we are managing home, we can tend to forget all the hard work that we did to achieve our professional goals and we still need to put in extra smart work to get them into action and bring a difference.
The CEO: what does the future hold for your company? Share your future goals. What are you most excited about?
Akriti Lal: I believe data-driven organizations are the need of the hour. Data collected is of no use if even the last person in the company cannot use it for his day to day decisions and need. Currently, we have been offering corporate training sessions that are helping both IT and Non-IT background workforce to make the data-driven and help them convert their data into insights. We have other innovative approaches that will be soon launched.
Instrovate plans to continue its endeavour of Data Democratization and Data-Driven Organization Enabler. We plan to expand our Platform & Team on the respective tools & technologies to meet with the ever-growing demand on the same. Instrovate needs to invest heavily in professionals and resources who can help in educating everyone to use the latest technology, AI, BI, CI for their day to day operations.
