Huron Closes Acquisition of the International Assets of ADI Strategies, Inc.

Global professional services firm Huron (NASDAQ:HURN) today announced that is has completed its acquisition of the assets of ADI Strategies, Inc. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Pune, India. The second of two related transactions, the acquisition strengthens Huron's ability to deliver advisory and technology services to clients in more geographic markets.

Huron acquired ADI Strategies' U.S. assets on May 2, 2016. For reporting purposes, the international assets of ADI Strategies will be included in the Huron Business Advisory segment. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
