Airtel Payments Bank Launches 'Bharosa Savings Account'
Recently, Airtel Payments Bank, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel announced the launch of 'Bharosa Saving Account'. This account will allow customers to withdraw cash, check balance and access a mini-statement of the account at over 6,50,000 Aadhaar Enabled Payment System outlets in the country. Besides, one can also visit their nearest banking points and get their account open.

- This plan is designed to serve the unbanked and underbanked people and empowering the financial inclusion in India.
- Apart from the conventional banking services, 'Bharosa Savings Account' would also offer Rs 5 lakh personal accident insurance.
- The account holders need to keep the minimum monthly balance of just Rs 500. And, they will get cashback if they decide to receive subsidies in their Bharosa savings account.
- The savings account from Airtel Payments Bank will allow the user to carry out just one debit transaction per month.
