Founder & Director

Amol, an Engineer with a business management degree from the Pune University. Prior to incorporating decormyplace, Amol had an experience of 15 years with products and services in marketing, sales and client handling, primarily in the field of new market development and key account management. Amol has gained in depth experience of annual business planning in domestic as well as international sales management and has prior experience of guiding the company especially in the services industry in this highly competitive market. Amol is designing enthusiastic and formed team of more than 15 interiors designers from reputed institutes, which is probably the largest in size designing team in town.  Interior start-up idea originated out of his personal experience in past, he had engaged interior designers especially individual practitioner for his own apartments in Mumbai and Pune and during that time he got a very bad experience as there was no professionalism shown by the individuals with no commitments on dates, delay and use of very poor-quality material. The same scenario happened with couple of his friends as well, which made them think about bringing out the solution for this industry especially the professionalism and credibility. Nowadays apartment owners don't have time or the knowledge to deal with the players in this unorganized industry and decormyplace aims to change this while being a thorough professional service provider.
