Apart from exporting to Global customers, Raghu Vamsi is also helping the Make in India program by indigenizing major import substitutes by doing R&D in-house and supplying the systems to DRDL, BEL & other major Indian PSU's.

Raghu Vamsi's success story traces its roots to 2003 when the founder G. Thrimuthulu started manufacturing parts for HAL. The journey that stretches more than one and a half decades has witnessed several milestones that served as the stepping stones to the company's success.
The major milestones include receiving the ISO Certificate in 2004. In 2010, it established itself as an AS 9100 Rev B Company and received approval from KEMA, USA.
The company took a giant leap the following year when it entered into a Joint Venture with ITP, Spain (Subsidiary of Rolls Royce) to manufacture Aircraft Engine Components. The firm has recently moved to a World Class manufacturing facility in Hardware Park near Airport.

Apprising us of what the future holds for the company, Vikas Vamsi briefs, "We have created a world-class manufacturing facility near Hyderabad airport to grow into additional Technologies like Special process, Composites, Welding, Clean Room and Electronics.
These technologies will empower to manufacture of products and services at a System Level. Also, we have been following a strong growth plan towards positioning the company as a $100 Million company with close to 1000 Employees.
We believe in growing organically by investing continuously in the growth plans as well as inorganically through JVs; also by taking over companies in India and overseas which are strategically aligned.
In the next few months, Raghu Vamsi will be taking over a company in India for manufacturing Composites and a company in the USA having NADCAP approvals in Heat treatment and EDM, allowing us to have a Marketing office and Warehouse in the USA.
Raghu Vamsi is working closely with a major Business house in India to form a Joint Venture to manufacture Majo Systems for Single Engine Fighter Aircraft."
Mr. Vamsi has been the major guiding force that drives the whole team to achieve its mission and vision while meeting the expectations of all stakeholders. As the Managing Director of the company, he heads the Strategy and business development of the company.
A business graduate from IIM Kolkata, he took over the business in 2004 at the age of 23 after the sudden death of the Founder. Under his leadership, the company observed significant growth having entered into important sectors of Aerospace, Defence and Oil & gas.
