Two visionary entrepreneurs Mr. Sarvagya Mishra and Mr. Ankit Ruia co-founded the company ‘PinnacleWorks Infotech (P) Ltd’ with the vision of helping people/industries in the IT domain and have come a long way of a successful journey. The company was incepted with the belief that Indian market requires a huge digital transformation in comparison to other developed countries. It was this belief only that made the two co-founders quit their successful jobs and starts this endeavor.

How does the company build a successful customer base?
For us, our clients have always been a priority and we always believe in working with our clients rather than working for them. The main mantra which we follow to build a successful customer base is instead of acting as a mere service provider we act an extended arm of their team who comes up with out of the box innovative solutions, leading to better ROI for them. The strategies developed by PinnacleWorks are data driven and are developed after a detailed market research and study. This ensures high quality of services leading to higher revenue for clients and thence higher Customer Satisfaction and Retention Rate for us.
How do you see the company changing in one year? What are the future plans and roadmap of the organization?
We have maintained a healthy yearly growth of 2.5X over the last 5 years. We purposely took a slow start to make sure we do justice with our clients by devoting substantial time to each one.We have also grown a lot in terms of technology and domain knowledge which we feel are the key to success for any service based organization. We have planned to speed up things with a projected revenue growth of 4x for next 2 years. We are also planning to scale up in terms of office locations for better client servicing.
What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?
As a company we constantly strive to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to advancements in technology. We are currently focused is the development of SuperBot, an intelligent conversational interface for handling queries on website, facebook messenger and mobile apps. It Uses Natural Language Understanding to decode the query and responds accordingly reducing the human dependence and errors to respond to the customer’s queries. Owing to our 5+ years of experience in the education industry, we will be launching it for top universities in India to start with and will be expanding to other industries later.
What is your vision for the company?
We started with the vision of helping people/businesses in all the domains to take a leap in their IT infrastructure and advancement & to revolutionize the IT Industry with Innovative Ideas and Solutions to the existing or possible problems.
What was your journey like to get where you are?
It was a pretty challenging journey as we had to come across a number of hurdles. Leaving a well -settled job and investing your life in starting something new amid so much competition is really a tough task to handle. Initially up to 2 years, focusing on financial stability for the company, we suffered a lot due to hectic working schedule which affected my personal life as well as health too.
