Initially Proconvis hired Engineers from rural & less privileged background and gave training to them in various skills other than Technical also. As result the core team is still around with Proconvis since around 5-6 years, and each team member works as a core member of the organization.

He completed his B-Tech in Architectural Engineering from REC (Now NIT) Calicut in 1996 and Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR Pune. Varsha Ananthraman, Director of Proconvis Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has served asan Engineer with Pune Techtrol Pvt Ltd and as an IPR Attorney withBhate&Ponkshe – Intellectual Property Law firm. She took her M.Sc. (Instrumentation) & LLB from University of Pune.
