It's always a delicacy to get around those leaders who talk about visions and ideas. Initially, when Neelesh started his law practice, he was questioned by people around him as even after taking the legacy of legal practice, he was not very much welcomed in the industry and in the first 3 years of his law practice, he was only able to earn Rs. 480.
But then he was given break in life by Sr. Margret Mary and from there he decided to work for Church. We sat down with Neelesh who is currently busy in empowering and bringing change in the law industry with Banthia & Co. Advocates with his visionary thinking.

Neelesh dictates Banthia & Co. Advocates' chronoscope, "My Great Grandfather Late Shri Mishrilal Ji Sb. Banthia started his career in 1927 at Baran, Rajasthan where he exercised his judicial powers during the British period. The legacy was continued by my grandfather Late Shri Nihal Singh Ji Sb. Banthia and he established Banthia & Co.
Advocates in 1953 with its Headquarter at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) India, with the vision of bringing together committed and specialized advocates under a roof to provide best possible legal services to the clients of various sectors in central India.
Presently my father Mr B.S. Banthia (Supreme Court Advocate) and I, Neelesh Banthia are running the firm with full dedication and commitment throughout the country. We started with 3 offices and a workforce of 10 advocates while at present we have a full-fledged team of 400 advocates and 23 offices across the world."

Commencement of new office in Tokyo, Japan as an Associate Office with HARAGUCHI INTERNATIONAL LAW OFFICE.
We are also planning to expand ourselves globally in more countries, apart from that we have already entered into other ventures like Knowledge Process Outsourcing through our registered company in the UK in the name of Banthia Legal Services UK Ltd. We have also started working on the due diligence and compliance in relation to property and investment matters.
At present we are focusing on opening more international offices like in Mexico, Australia, France etc. along with opening more parallel ventures in the field of law like Legal Compliance. Future developments may include starting an office in Canada, Australia, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, France and venturing into more legal fields.
Be dedicated and punctual towards your work. It is utmost important to maintain a cordial relationship with your clients and if possible personal relationship shall be maintained with them.
Never take your clients and employees for granted as you need them as much as they need you. Further, develop a team of trusted lieutenants around you who can take decisions on your behalf in your absence, it is very important to run the organization.
"I started my career as a Pilot Officer and then worked in various countries at good positions but in coming years I realized that I can provide a new direction and work environment to the firm and make it reach greater heights. After having the experience to work in various countries outside India I learned the traits of professionalism which I embedded in my work here in India.
