Founded in 2022 by Deepesh Divaakaran and Archana Deepesh, Four32 AI Labs is headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, and currently employs 35 professionals.

A serial Edu-Tech Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the Indian education industry, Deepesh is passionate about creating a positive change in the Indian education landscape for the generations to come.
His extensive knowledge, tireless work ethic, and expertise in the field of Quality Assurance, Accreditation, and Ranking made Deepesh well-respected in the industry. He had worked with prestigious institutions, including the JAIN GROUP, NMIMS, SRI SAIRAM, and IHRD, among others.
In 2018, Deepesh founded three innovative products for Education - proCampuz, Edmojo, and QuickFee - with over 300,000 users and $60 million in fees collected. ProCampuz offered academic resources, Edmojo helped students achieve their goals, and QuickFee made fee payments easier.
His products - proCampuz, Edmojo, and QuickFee - were acquired by Leo1 in 2021. As part of the leadership team, Deepesh played a key role in securing $31 million of Series B funding for the company. The products were later rebranded as Leo1 Campus, Leo1 Scholar, and Leo1 Fees.
Deepesh recognised the need for a next-gen platform to streamline the education experience for all stakeholders. In 2023, he founded Four32 AI Labs, a cutting-edge AI and ML platform to revolutionise accreditation and ranking. Deepesh’s passion for positive change in the education industry drove him to leverage the power of AI and ML.

Deepesh’s passion for education was instilled in him from a young age, with teachers serving as his inspiration. He always knew he wanted to contribute to the education industry and realised that leveraging technology was the best way to achieve this goal.
As an avid reader, Deepesh found inspiration in books such as Bhagavad Gita and the life stories of Swami Vivekananda, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Dhirubhai Ambani, who paved the way for entrepreneurship.
The idea of having the freedom to work on projects he loved without anyone dictating what he should do was particularly appealing to him.
Initially, understanding his own strengths and taking action towards them was a challenge for Deepesh, and so was leveraging the team to get the best work done.
Learning through his journey, becoming more driven and courageous, understanding that people need respect, care, and mentorship more than money, and by building a strong and committed team, he managed to overcome every hurdle thrown at him.
Recalling a difficult decision,
“Closing down my first Gatikk Technologies, even though business was not profitable, was not easy. I realised that for new possibilities, I need to make space by removing the obvious obstacles. I ended up starting QPIC Solutions only to exit it eventually and finally launched my fourth venture, i.e. Four32 AI Labs.”
