Being asked by TCM about the milestones of the company, the spokesperson of Rajesh Shethia Consultants said, "The first milestone that we wanted to achieve was break even in FY15 which we were able to achieve, the 2nd milestone was 50% growth and profitable in FY16, which was also achieved.

The milestone for FY17 is 50% growth in revenue while being profitable and set up a community of engaged sales professionals under brand TalentForefor internal database, we are working toward sen rolling 1,00,000 members(Sales Professionals) by end of FY17.

TCM: What is the business problem it hopes to solve with its solutions and offerings?

Rajesh: Sales is the most critical function for any organization and getting the right sales people is the biggest challenge for all organizations. We intend to solve this problem by helping organizations hire the right sales people in the shortest possible time.

TCM: Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.

Rajesh: We want to be the first choice brand for every organization that is looking for support on hiring the best sales talent.

We want to build the largest community of engaged Sales professionals globally and help them grow in their careers by providing them all the required inputs and knowledge.

Starting FY 18 we plan to offer our services outside India.

TCM: How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream?

Rajesh: For us learning is an ongoing process, we believe that the day we stop learning we will become irrelevant.

We keep learning through books, courses, and experiences of industry experts and by reading the success and failure stories of various organizations, as we believe there is a message in every success or failure.

TCM: What was your journey like to get where you are?

The journey has been very exciting till the date, we celebrate every achievement either big or small, quitting the comfortable corporate life and restarting from scratch was a very big decision but every achievement made us feel that it was the right decision and we are in the right direction of building a large global brand.
