Abhinav S. Raghuvanshi, a litigation lawyer, has a journey that defies convention. His career started as an assistant professor of physics at the University of Delhi. His real life experiences rather confrontation with Law as a Youth and his quest for the justice to the common masses motivated him to make his career in Law as he always felt that Law is the most effective tool for bringing about social transformation. Despite being a first generation lawyer, who faced all the challenges and adversaries, he carved out his path from the anonymity of a first generation Lawyer to the recognition of a formidable litigator dealing with gamut of cases falling within the realm of civil -corporate litigation with a significant success rate. After completing his LL.B., he gained invaluable experience working with the Office of the Additional Solicitor General of India and the Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan at the Hon’ble Supreme Court. This invaluable experience ultimately led to the establishment of his independent legal firm in 2011.

Advising aspiring lawyers, Abhinav says, “Rather than advising, I would prefer to share my experience, which comprises the experiences of several Associates of mine. Here, I would like to mention three things that I have learnt in the process.
Firstly, dedicating ample time to understanding procedural methodologies is paramount in the early stages of one’s career. Learning about court dynamics and stakeholder roles requires patience and perseverance.
Secondly, broadening one’s knowledge beyond the law to include areas like politics, history, and technology is essential. Actively engaging with current affairs and societal developments enriches a young lawyer’s perspective.
Thirdly, establishing diverse relationships is vital for handling cases effectively. Building sincere connections, especially with senior professionals, is essential for career growth.”
In approximately 15 years of his practice, Abhinav S. Raghuvanshi has mentored more than 250 fresh law graduates and 500 interns to achieve their career goals.
