The first major milestone, and the most important one, was getting listed on the Indian Bourses (BSE & NSE) back in 1996 followed by being the First in the country to introduce Wireless Security Systems in 1998.
In 2007 they acquired UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialists LLC, Dubai opening their hands out to the international Horizons.
In 2011 they established Zicom SaaS Pvt. Ltd. Offering Security as a Service which proved to be a major differentiator in the industry.
In 2012 they declared the acquisition of Phoenix International WLL, Qatar which in turn became a group company of Zicom.
In 2015 Zicom launched Ziman-the safety service which again was a huge success. They are now working on a better and much innovative version of Ziman. They are also building PAN India coverage in the MYCS initiative by reaching out to Hyderabad and Ahmedabad after Mumbai, Thane and Pune.
