TCM: How does the company build a successful customer base?

Vikas: Our biggest asset regarding our customers has been the experience we have delivered working for them. Their satisfaction has been the key that has opened bigger doors for us in the future.

The professional approach, seamless coordination, the technical competence and our good work in the market has been the driving force behind our successful customer base.

TCM: Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.

Vikas:Foray into the international financial scene with geographical expansion into East Asia or Middle East. We also aim to expand into upcoming financial centers like Gurgaon or Hyderabad within India.

Our new projects maintain a focus on Mobility for Business with technologies such as Bots, Wearables, AI based prediction models and Smart analytics and reporting as the basis.

We also aim to take our employee strength to 120+ by the end of financial year.

TCM: How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream?

Vikas:My dream is to grow MobiTrail to that pinnacle of success where people associate our brand synonymously with anything and everything in the mobile enterprise application space.

HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY AND THE DIRE NEED FOR SUITABLE CRM

TCM: What was your journey like to get where you are?

Vikas:I was 25 years old when I started MobiTrail as my venture. It started with two programmers and a designer. The present team strength of 85 is comprised of highly experienced professionals.

We started working since July 2006 andIt's been more than a decade since inception. It has been an awesome journey and each day we are more confident of our products and services.

In the initial phase itself we are able to break even with operating profits; however like any other business with ups and downs we have sailed through this awesome journey of creating mobile applications for various big business houses.

TCM: What was the most difficult lesson you have learned as an entrepreneur?

Vikas:As an entrepreneur I've learnt how to hire competent people who complement your skills rather than just augment them. They are the key to your masterpiece.

Successful entrepreneurship is all about turning trends to your favor.

TCM: Could you please share something about yourself?

Vikas:After completing a BE (Electronics) from mumbai, I began my professional career with Mobile2Win, a leading player in the Mobile-Commerce space.

I have been totally involved with MobiTrail from its inception to its growth as a comprehensive mobile content provider from 2006 till 2010 to a completely different organization operating as enterprise mobility solution provider ever since.
