Amit led Accenture’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio for 14 years as Managing Director where he set up and ran a 20 million sqft portfolio with an operating budget of over $300 million per annum. Karan previously founded and led PurpleYo, India’s leading Commercial Real Estate Marketplace platform. Srinivas Founded and Led an Investment Banking firm which advised on multiple Capital Raising and M&A transactions in Technology. TableSpace also brought on-board Kartik Iyer who used to lead Global Finance for Accenture’s Technology Business for over 17 years across Europe, Latin America and North America. The leadership team consists of experienced professionals heading Enterprise Sales, Property Acquisition, Design & Build, Operations and Technology which makes the engine function smoothly.

They recognized early that tenant and employee experience in the workplace will be driven by continuous innovation by specialized operators that managed workplaces. TableSpace is building a niche and is fast being regarded as the only specialist operator in workplace design and management for large enterprises. TableSpace WorkSpace as a Service (WaaS) offering spans Lease, Design, Build and Operate for Large Enterprises for long term tenancy.
