In 1994, she took on a new challenge by joining Coca-Cola as its marketing director. Her exceptional abilities soon earned her the title of Vice President of Marketing for Latin America.

During her nine-year tenure at Coca-Cola, she also held the esteemed position of Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Her contributions significantly impacted the company's global operations.

Following her remarkable journey at Coca-Cola, Vinita Bali took on a new role at the Zyman Group in 2003. She served as the Managing Principal and Head of Business Strategy at the group's Atlanta location, further showcasing her expertise in the business world.

In 2005, Vinita Bali assumed the role of CEO at Britannia Industries, an Indian food company. Her leadership and vision made an incredible impact, and in 2006, she was appointed as the Managing Director of the company. Under her guidance, Britannia's revenue tripled to an impressive $841 million.
