Mr. Rajeev Piramal – Vice Chairman and Managing Director

Rajeev Piramal spearheads the real estate business of the Ashok Piramal Group and leads all aspects of the business from strategy to operations. Under Rajeev's leadership, Peninsula Land has grown robustly, developing over 7 million sq. ft. of real estate with over 10 million sq. ft. under construction & in the pipeline in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Nashik, and Lonavala.

He has transformed the Mumbai-based company to one with Pan India vision. His expansion of the firm's portfolio includes second homes and villas in Peninsula's kitty. Rajeev entered the real estate sector in early 2001 and became Director at Peninsula Land.

In the last 13 years, Rajeev has played an instrumental role in developing some of the landmark projects in Mumbai. He also played a crucial part in the development of the first mall in India: Crossroads and was in charge of the operations of Crossroads that brought a new concept of shopping to India.

In 2005, Rajeev took over as the Vice Chairman of the company and enabled Peninsula Land to create a strong brand name for itself. Rajeev is Co-chair for the Real Estate Sector of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Rajeev firmly believes that in the real-estate business quality and timely execution of projects are the key factors leading to success.

Mr. Nandan Piramal- Director, Sales and Marketing

Nandan A. Piramal an alumnus of University College, London heads the high speed cutting tools business under Miranda Tools and leads the sales & marketing department at Peninsula Land Ltd.

Mr Piramal oversees all aspects of the business at Miranda Tools: from strategy to execution. He conceptualized and implemented marketing tools that have transformed project launches and improved sales.

Projects launched under him include Peninsula Heights in Bengaluru, Carmichael Residences at Carmichael Road, Celestia Spaces at Sewri, and Salsette27 at Byculla and now address one in Gahunje, Pune. Mr Piramal started his career as Vice Chairman in Pyramid Retail after completing his education in London.

He handled all aspects of the retail business from business strategy to expansion. Under his leadership, the number of retail stores increased to 40. He has also conceptualized and launched Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Ashok Piramal Group.
