Top 10 Self Help Movies on Netflix

I love consuming content that is relatable and empowering. But am I a books person? No.

Chilling is refined in the era of Netflix and so is learning. As someone who wants to take the control of their life in their own hands in the video-based education world, self-help movies are a win-win.

Movies impact us in all sorts of ways. It may not as much time for something on the screen to transition into our actions as we think. Unknowingly, it leaves a deep mark on our minds.

From Naina Talwar in Karan Johar’s YJHD which I enjoyed as a teenager to Jane, a women magazine Editor in the American series The Bold Type which I loved as a woman in this field today, stories, characters, and movies, in general, may not change my situation but impacted my frame of minds.

What about that boy from forest Grump?

The character has stayed with us and some of the scenes from the movie are definitely not only heart touching but allowing the people to feel motivated through the story.
