However the same is controlled through stringent goals and KPI's which is connected to the performance incentives.
In a nutshell, for us and our professionals the customer commitment is sacrosanct, other than that all flexibility is available.

Debadrita: CBLPro believes and knows that there is no better marketing model than word of mouth and cross reference. We strongly believe in delivering the best TCO and Delight to our customers and hence they become our strong advocates and many a times help us grow our revenues through reference.
In addition we intend to spend handsomely in CY 17 and CY 18 in print and digital marketing to reach out beyond our engagement circles.
TCM: What are the major milestones for the company since founding?
Debadrita: CBLPro is growing more than 300% year over year. Most of the growth is contributed towards making learning easy and entertaining for the Enterprise.
TCM: What is the business problem it hopes to solve with its solutions and offerings?
Debadrita: In addition to standard eLearning offerings like Assessments, Web Based Training (WBT), and Instructor based training (ILT) and Blended learning (a smart mix of all), CBLPro specializes on Gamification and Mobile Learning.
Gamification as the term implies intends to add the required fun into the decoction, which is applicable for school level learning as well as corporate learning.
For example, if we have to introduce addition to a toddler, then CBLPro would like to use the concept of Snake and Ladder game to help the learner understand the fundamentals of the concept and this also helps in the application of the learning.
On the other hand, if we have to explain the importance of Time management for corporate professionals, then we may use a dart game. Hence, an increased interest of the learner as he enjoys the cycle of learning.
In an Enterprise we work with the L&D Department to understand the business and then relate the learning objectives, so that the professional appreciates the application and the learning associated.
The Mobile learning part helps in using technology to extend the contemporary learning across to the learner and provide the required flexibility.

TCM: Why would you like to come in this special issue publication?
Debadrita: Gamification is a powerful tool for Enterprises, Educational institutions and Publishing houses. Not many in our industry understand or appreciate the importance; hence if the magazine reaches out to its readers on Gamification the response spectrum would be huge.
Hence it's imperative for the magazine to publish about the company which specializes in gamification and kindly note in all industries.
TCM: How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream?
Debadrita: Learning is a never-ending process and all successful people learn from the ecosystem where they thrive. I would like to make CBLPro the best employer in the next 3-4 years, because happy employees can provide customer delight every time.
TCM: What was your journey like to get where you are?
Debadrita: I had a very humble background and hence started very early as a private tutor, helping children achieve their academic aspirations. Then I moved into teaching formally and was engaged with school in Bangalore, connecting with students to understand how we can help them succeed.
I realized that in addition to standard schooling students of this millennium would need supplementary support to excel and hence I Joined Educomp to understand how they are making a difference as a leading K12 solution.
Then I moved to corporate training with a leading eLearning company, before I decided to start on my own.
