Ambani's are the richest family not only in India but in Asia. Dhirubhai Ambani was the one who started the company Reliance further succeeded by his son Mukesh Ambani who skyrocketed the success of his father's company. Now it's time for his son Akash Ambani.

Akash Ambani is already following the footsteps of his father and has taken the responsibility of leading the company from the front.  He and his twin sister were introduced to the BOD (Board of Directors) in the year 2014. 1. Brain Behind Jio Services

He is currently serving as the chief of strategy at Jio Infocomm and he helped in setting up the network structure. He was also involved in developing different Jio applications like Jio chat, Jio Cinema, Jio TV and many more.

They introduced Jio services to the company employees in late 2015 and in July 2017, they introduced a cheap phone that was  4G enabled called Jio phone.

2. He Recently had a Huge Wedding

He got married to his childhood love, Shloka Mehta in March 2019; they had a three-day wedding in Mumbai where popular Bollywood actors, world leaders, and famous personalities were invited. Their wedding was fun and at the same time traditional, there were some beautiful performances which were enjoyed by everyone.

3. An Economic Graduate

Despite having a rich background his father wanted his children to be well educated so he sent Akash Ambani to Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where he studied economics.

His wife, Shloka Mehta has also done graduation from Princeton University, New Jersey and masters from the London School of Economics in law and anthropology.  Not just rich they are well educated as well.

4. Grooming for a Takeover

Reliance being one of the top businesses in Asia it requires a successor; Mukesh Ambani is grooming his son to take over the business. He and his twin sister have already given responsibilities as they were included in the Board of Directors right after graduating from college.

Akash Ambani is currently serving the company as the chief of strategy and both the siblings are focused on making Reliance the best company.

5. Huge sports fan

He is surely a huge fan of sports; we have seen him in IPL, cheering and showing emotions for his team. He was also present at the ICC world cup 2019 when India defeated Pakistan. He was there with his mother, wife and family friends, all of them were cheering for team India from the luxury box.

Being the richest family in Asia, it is clear that there is nothing he can't afford. Therefore, he has a huge collection of expensive and royal cars. The cars from his collection are Mercedes-Benz G- Wagen, a Bentley Bentayga which is the most expensive SUV in India, Range Rover Vogue, and a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe.
