Our security staff has been on the frontline, not taking a single holiday when the entire country was under lockdown. Thousands of healthcare workers and security staff have lost their lives to the calamity.
It is now time for the entrepreneurs to stand up and be counted. We have to play a role in nursing the economy back to health. The economy needs tending and care, and it is our responsibility.
Personally, for me, health is even more important than work. For me, it's Fitness and work, in that order. I have been following a policy of morning walk, pranayama, and yoga about 4-5 times a week.
A morning walk has tremendous physical benefits, and the mental benefits are even more significant. Usually, we all collect some disturbance in our minds during the day. A morning walk will help you get rid of this mental clutter. Thousands have lost their lives to the calamity. Thousands have lost their lives to the catastrophe.
I have another theory of exercising throughout the day. This only doesn't sound easy. It's pretty doable. You can keep doing a few things all day long, e.g., exercising your eyes, neck, shoulders, etc. This will make you feel good and in an upbeat mood throughout the day.
