Gaury shared, “As I progressed in my career I realized dark secrets of the corporate world. Being an extrovert had its pros but had more cons. I found it difficult to accept unfair team treatment. I felt caught in a paralyzed system with zero control over anything. Eventually, I left that job. This was the first experience that ignited the spark to have FREEDOM and the ability to control a situation.”
Hiring as a startup was a big challenge, getting people to work for you gets pretty difficult, and it is still a concern. As a new business, you aren’t aware of where to start with systems and processes.

“I was fortunate to be raised in a family that believed in equality for boy and girl child. We received everything equally which laid a strong foundation to be treated fairly since childhood. My Mother (Vitha Shetty) ensured that we don’t feel lost. I sailed smoothly from being an employee to an entrepreneur,” shared Gaury.
SUGGESTION FOR COMPANIES TO BRING EQUALITY
“Companies can look at creating gender-friendly policies, much is in action but much needs to come into action. As a working woman, I have realised that my husband (Rohan Sawant) plays a major role in running the house and managing the kid,” stated Gaury.
Companies should be sensitive towards paternal policies as well. This will allow more women to get back to work.
Gaury shared, “We want to be creating more specialist recruitment practices and create a market niche. We don’t want to work with everybody, but whoever we get engaged with will receive high quality services. We want to create a legacy in our space.”
