eMENTALIST OUTSOURCING SERVICES, A PATHBREAKING INITIATIVE EFFICIENTLY DELIVERING OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS ACROSS MULTIPLE DOMAINS
In a well established Indian Outsourcing industry, entering the market as a startup and making a mark requires the zest and pure passion to curate something that outranks what the competition already offers. eMentalist Outsourcing is a novel venture that has been structured with the underpinning values and vision of the founder Dharmendra Tirdia to offer distinct solutions from what the industry has already been offering.
While the BPO industry has typically excelled serving clients across the world with the non-core and monotonous functions, eMentalist ventured into the market with solutions that target the front end or core functions of an organisation. In the journey of this path-breaking initiative, eMentalist has transformed from a startup into a trusted partner to clients.
eMentalist has been supporting the upward trend of taking more responsibilities and not serving only minimalistic jobs like data processing/entry, their inception story is as unique as their services as Dharmendra Tirdia initiated his entrepreneurial journey in 2016. In his endeavour, the leader overcame various challenges including managing finance and building a clientele, he shares his story, “Business was always on my mind, even when I was an employee with an MNC. After I quit my job, I took a sabbatical of a year and did all my necessary homework and finally narrowed down to what we as eMentalist will cater to our clients and how will we be adding value to their business. The vision was clear. The values that we will embrace and always live by were clear. It is then we embarked on this enduring journey and we will make it big.”
OVERCOMING COMPETITION WITH STRONG VALUES
As Dharmendra shares, his journey to becoming an entrepreneur was supported by a clear vision. But the startup initiative came with various challenges that Dharmendra has and is continuing to deliver the change he envisioned backed with values of working with ‘ownership’, living with ‘integrity’ and execution with ‘intensity’ has helped build the confidence in the eMentalist associates that inspire clients to outsource more of their core functions which initially were only kept in-house.
As Dharmendra quotes, “Acquiring a client is easy but the most crucial part of the game is to delight them, keep them retained and grow their contribution to the business. These delighted clients spread the word for others to outsource. Our USP is our values with which we execute our responsibilities with no compromise.”
From the very first client served by eMentalist, the tradition has been continued by the eMentalist team to build a satisfied and delighted clientele amidst of the current cut-throat competition with clients switching over to different service providers in search of quality services with every transaction being prioritised with a clear delivery the brand’s vision and mission.

“I believe, India has emerged as one of the bright stars in the global Business Process Outsourcing market and it is superlative in its scale and availability of skills to maintain its number one rank worldwide by ensuring the optimal combination of cost, quality and scalability.” shared Dharmendra his views on the Indian outsourcing industry.
Acknowledging the rising demand and the competition in the Indian outsourcing industry, the leader and his team have raised and tried to find answers to the question of “how better can it get?” and believe that the times are the best for winning and there is an opportunity for all.
