After years of hard work, I was able to achieve my goal at the age of 34 years when I took over the position of HR head (GM Corporate HR). I reviewed my personal goals again and set myself a target to be on my own by the age of 45 years. The worst flood in Tamilnadu in the year 2015 ruined my newly set up office but made my passion grew stronger. The company has a team to do business development; content development and post-training follow up. Mr. Abraham is the lead trainer and company hires freelance trainers and consultants to deliver services as per the brief agreed with the client. Global Best aims to establish its footsteps across India with its current focus on South India and Mumbai. By next year, the company is planning to enter neighbouring countries including Gulf as a part of its expansion plan.
