Bilal is a well-known personality in the Facilities Management Sector.  He possesses over 15 years hands-on-experience in setting up and operating successful business modules in several countries. He holds post graduate qualification in business administration and has travelled extensively across the globe.  He has established his ventures in Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia and Cyprus etc.  He possesses a rare combination of head and heart qualities but is a shrewd businessman. Bilal started his career with Padmini Polymers and subsequently worked with Group 4 Securitas where he was the only non-executive board member who was invited for the board meeting in U.K. to present the sales budget for India operation.  He significantly contributed in the group of all India sales of Group 4 Securitas. In the year 2000, he moved to Bahrain to set up EPSCO WLL and after successful establishing the organization he moved on to Dubai and joined TeknClean WLL. Subsequently, he established Canadian Cleaning Services and White Pearl Cleaning Services.  Bilal has also contributed a lot in establishing the cleaning system and procedures of Dubai municipality. He is heading a group of business organizations that is interested in hospitality industry, facility management, cleaning process, general trading, tele-communication and real estate.  According to Bilal, for the continuous progression one must devote time to learn and experience without fearing the outcome. You may succeed or fail, but you will learn in the process. So, one must focus on learning at all times, at every given opportunity. The group is worth over US$ 55 Million today and the success of the group is attributable to the zest with which Bilal manages the business in the group. Bilal believes that as entrepreneurs we are all novices. Every skill has to be continually unlearned and relearned and further honed and polished. The key is knowledge and the willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands and new technological achievements. Recognition in the industry for the works Bilal has undertaken alone, TV 100 award and SS award are some of his proudest moments.
