Road Map and Future Plans of the organization

In a conversation with The CEO Magazine, Prashant elucidates, “We are rapidly embracing the web and our plan is to make the entire solution work in the browser. We would also be working on mobile integrations, e-commerce integrations, and deeper CRM integrations. Also, we are in the process of rolling out cloud POS. We also have ambitious expansion plans in terms of Geography, Industry, and portfolio.”
One major challenge that the Indian Retail Industry witnessed in the year 2017 was the implementation of GST which brought the need for a drastic change. It was a challenge that Ginesys decided to tackle keeping its head on.
