Road Map and Future Plans of the organization

The Modern Retail Industry has seen various advancements in technology, where the degree of automation has enhanced in a massive way. This has, in turn, enabled Ginesys to incorporate various features that are designed to not only improve the business processes and efficiency but to help enhance the customer experience as well. In a conversation with The CEO Magazine, Prashant elucidates, “We are rapidly embracing the web and our plan is to make the entire solution work in the browser. We would also be working on mobile integrations, e-commerce integrations, and deeper CRM integrations. Also, we are in the process of rolling out cloud POS. We also have ambitious expansion plans in terms of Geography, Industry, and portfolio.”

Major Milestone

One major challenge that the Indian Retail Industry witnessed in the year 2017 was the implementation of GST which brought the need for a drastic change.  It was a challenge that Ginesys decided to tackle keeping its head on. In order to help its customers and their respective ecosystems, the company came up with a GST return filing solution, EaseMyGST, which is fully integrated with Ginesys and helps to sort out all queries and dilemmas about the new GST regime.
