How does the company build a successful customer base?
RAH Infotech boasts of a very strong presales and post-sales support team who act as extended arm of our customers’ IT teams and also provide technology consulting on a regular basis. This helps us not only build a strong customer base but retain 95% of our customers. Our staff double up as relationship managers to further strengthen the relationship.
How do you see the company changing in one year?
Early this year, we decided to moved away from SI business and focus all our energies on value added technology distribution. We have been positively impacted from this decision. We signed up with over 10 new technology partners since 2016 which has helped us greatly expand our solutions portfolio. Both these factors will help us become more channel friendly and this is what we achieve in the next one year.
How many employees are working here? What kind of culture exists in the company?
Currently we have over 130 employees across 17 locations. With the help of a very strong and experienced HR team, we have created a strong workplace culture and practices which drives employee engagement and happiness while driving retention and attracting talent. We focus on how our everyday actions as leaders are affecting the formation of our culture and keep ourselves focused on our people.
What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?
We are at the helm of expanding our solutions portfolio to make it one of the most comprehensive offerings and have been largely successful through signups with 10 new technology partners in the last 3 quarters. We are constantly working on expanding our global footprint and have expanded into Nepal, UAE and US in the last one year.
What are the major milestones for the company since founding?
RAH Infotech was awarded the fastest growing Technology value added distributor for 3 years in a row from 2014 to 2016 and that’s no mean achievement with 2017 results still awaited.
We have been growing at 0ver 50% YoY since the last 3 years and have signed up 0ver 10 technology partners for national distribution on the last 3 quarters which too is a rare occurrence in this industry.
In the last 3 years, we have grown to be amongst the top 3 value added distributors in the country surpassing other established players.
What is your vision for the company?
My vision for RAH Infotech is to be the most preferred and trusted IT distribution house for our partners and customers, providing them best of breed solutions through strategic tie ups with leading global vendors.
Please tell us about Road Map and Future of your organizations.
In the near future, we are planning to create a nationwide support infrastructure for our partners and introduce RMA and support services for the OEM’s we are associated with.
