WorkoLab launches India’s first co-working space with research facility
Launches two facilities in Delhi-NCR
- Plans to launch 100+ centres in next 3 years across the globe
New Delhi, Nov 06, 2017:Delhi headquartered, WorkoLab unveils its firstco-working spacein the heart of Gurgaon followed by one in Pusa Road, New Delhi today. WorkoLab is India’s first co-working space with an objective to facilitate research among the emerging entrepreneurs and researchers. Spread overan area of 12500 sq ft. (both facilities),WorkoLab offers a collaborative space coupled with research guidance by India’s youngest scientific minds with an aim to infuse innovation into your start-up idea. Co-working spaces continue to experience a high growth trajectory in India and expected to receive over $400 million in investment by 2018. The segment is expected to grow by 50 per cent in 2017, according to a recent study by JLL.
Co-founded by Yashraj and Yuvraj Bhardwaj with an initial seed capital amount of INR 3 Crore from Mr. Jasmit Singh Marwah, Marwah Group and Mr. Aman Maheshwari, Allen Career Institute,the twin brothers identified an existing gap in ‘lack of coworking spaces and research hubs altogether at the same place’. The company has an aggressive roadmap ahead with a rapid growth plan and expansion to other cities like Mumbai, Pune, Kota, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, and Jaipur by March 2018. In the second phase, WorkoLab plans to take an international leap starting with Malaysia and Singapore and thereby launch 100+ centres in next 3 years across the globe.

WorkoLab was started by Yashraj and Yuvraj Bhardwaj in 2017 with an initial investment of 4.6 Lakh US Dollars capital from Marwah Group and Allen Career Institute. Yashraj Bhardwaj and his twin brother Yuvraj Bhardwaj are India’s fresh young entrepreneurs. Being the only Indians to win $250,000 fellowship by SF South Africa, they believe that people with passion can change the world for the better and hence has always been inspiring others to bring a positive change into the world by thinking differently. Being 18 years of age is just a number for them, when it comes to time investment they have spent maximum of it in reading science fiction, and analysing the reality behind researches around in the world. Both Bhardwaj brothers have been nominated for Padma Shri 2018 and are one of the youngest in the queue.Together they currently own 22 Research Projects and, and have also filed for 7 patent applications as a team.
