Six Hyatt Hotels Honoured at Condé Nast Traveller Readers Travel Awards 2017

At a well-attended award ceremony held at Andaz Delhi for the seventh edition of Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Travel Awards, six Hyatt hotels have been recognized in their segments. The awards were chosen through a readers' voting process spanning two months, recognizing the best in the travel industry across hotels, destinations, airlines, spas, websites, apps, cruise lines, and more.

Conferred upon various Hyatt properties in India and around the world, the awards were received by Kurt Straub, Vice President, Operations, India, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, along with the respective General Managers and representatives of Andaz Delhi, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Grand Hyatt Goa and Hyatt Regency Delhi. Out of the six categories, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts emerged as the winner in five categories and runner up in one category:

  • Favourite Indian leisure hotel: Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa

  •  Favourite new business hotel in India: Andaz Delhi

  • Favourite destination wedding hotel in India: Grand Hyatt Goa

  • Favourite hotel in the Americas: Park Hyatt New York

  • Favourite hotel in Australasia: Park Hyatt Sydney

  • Favourite restaurant in an Indian hotel (Runner up): China Kitchen, Hyatt Regency Delhi

The annual Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Travel Awards has set the benchmarks in the hospitality and travel industry year on year, since its inception in 1989 in the United States of America. The Readers' Travel Award 2017 winners will be featured in the Feb-March 2018 issue of Condé Nast Traveller India.
