Mindteck Appoints Chief People Officer

Business Wire IndiaMindteck (India) Limited (BSE: 517344 and NSE: MINDTECK), a global technology company, has named Mr. Mahendra Bala Gangadharan as Chief People Officer, reporting to Mr. Sanjeev Kathpalia, Managing Director and CEO. In his new role, he will also join the company's Leadership Team.

Mr. Gangadharan is an accomplished professional who has spent close to two decades working in the IT, ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Pharmaceutical sectors. His breadth of expertise encompasses Human Resources Management, IT Program Management, and SAP Consulting. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gangadharan's responsibilities have taken him to the US, UK, Russia, and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Mindteck, Mr. Gangadharan held senior positions at Wipro Ltd., L&T Infotech, VFS Global, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. He obtained a B.E. (Computer Science) as well as an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Mr. Kathpalia noted, "Mahendra's diverse background and experience will be an asset as we continue to align structures with strategy and to implement best-in-class talent initiatives across the organization."
