Jagdish Iyer

President & CEO, ICAN Solutions Inc.

An expert consultant, Jagdish’s expertise in enabling success for organization comes from his more than two decades of experience in holding key positions across leading brands in several industries including banking & IT sector. A BE (Hons) from BITSPilani, Jagdish also holds a PGDM from IIM, Kolkata. Initially, he served as an investment banker in India and later worked for Reuters PLC in the Asia Pacific region. The entrepreneurial spirit in him encouraged him to co-found Adventity, a full service BPO/KPO company that has now become a part of the Sutherland Global Services.

Nitin Chacko

Apart from having a successful track record in setting up and managing large scale ITES operations, Nitin has an extensive experience in sales, pre-sales, IT project/program management, vendor and partner evaluations across domains and large scale roll outs of BPO/KPO solutions. Vinod Rao
