However, we are exploring the rental model too, where we pay fixed rentals to the promoter to run their hospital and while we manage the P&L.

Today, the company manages a couple of hospitals in Mumbai and advisory outside Mumbai
Having started its journey with the vision of 'managing midsize & large Hospitals in minimum 30 tier I & II cities by 2022, their initial groundwork is for extending its reach within Maharashtra and Gujarat by implementing Part Ownership Model first and Complete Ownership model later in near future.
With respect to former model, firm plan to start ones own pharmacy (HCS Pharmacy) chain based out of managed hospital as well as in retail.
Focusing more on backward integration in the value chain delivery, firm plan to start few more business units of Diagnostics, Short Stay centers and ICU management in the near future.
