Abhishek: How does the company build a successful customer base? 

Ms. Jain:KDPL understands where we are on the customer experiences and our internal capabilities are also well aligned with excellence in this domain. We believe firmly that voice of customer analysis can alone answer all our customer woes if any. Blending this belief and quality services with affordable cost, we have amazing results and this is only our success mantra.

Abhishek:What are the most effective marketing initiatives or programs you have used to promote your business? 

Ms. Jain:As our mission is to provide quality & affordable healthcare services to the masses, our marketing initiatives are focused towards creating awareness and reaching out directly to the masses.

We are working on various innovative models of delivering quality services, improving patient experience and reducing per capita cost. It includes, new ways to connect with patients, new payment and service delivery models, process improvements in care delivery, health information management and data analytics, as well as a host of other areas where creativity mixes with necessity. This creates new ways to reduce costs, increase value, improve outcomes, facilitate the translation of research into practice and policy, and transform the patient experience.

Abhishek: How many employees are working here? What kind of culture exists in the company? 

Ms. Jain:We have a strong, committed & well trained team of more than 1000 employees who make it their mission to lay ample stress on empathy and hand holding, making patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Abhishek: What are the major milestones for the company since founding?

Ms. Jain:Having gained the confidence of patients and clients, we have embarked on an expansion program to make our services available across the country through public private partnership mode. We have also partnered with various government, private medical colleges and hospitals to provide our services.

We are in the process of executing a major pathology project of establishing 1000 pathology center’s in a tough terrain of Uttar Pradesh to reach out to its entire population. Also, we are in process of execution of a projectfor providing basic X-Ray facilities in the entire state of Assam and Rajasthan. These projects are very challenging but gives us a satisfaction of reaching out to the population of some of the remotest places of India and would be able to provide them with quality healthcare services.

Currently we are operational in 11 states and across 1,300 plus locations providing services 24/7 throughout the year. Once we execute the awarded tenders we will be operational in 13states and across 1700 plus locationsdelivering quality healthcare to the masses. These centers are operational on PPP basis with various District hospitals, CHC’s, PHC’s & trust hospitals where you get to serve the poor & rural patients. 

Abhishek: What is the business problem it hopes to solve with its solutions and offerings?

Ms. Jain:Diagnosis plays a crucial role in evidence-based treatments, but since it is extremely expensive for majority of the people as well as deficiency of world class diagnostic services across we look forward to offer best in class diagnostic services at affordable prices. We, at Krsnaa, always believe in Patient first approach and true to our credo we leave no stone unturned in providing patients with services that exceeds their expectations.

Abhishek: Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.

Ms. Jain:“We are committed to the vision of our beloved Prime Minister who has stressed on the importance of providing quality healthcare diagnostics to the poor & needy at affordable cost reaching in the remotest areas. States like Assam, Meghalaya, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan etc. still face a major challenge not only in terms of availability of critical medical facilities, but also in terms of manpower shortage and most often non-availability of advanced medical equipment’s. Our aim is to overcome these very challenges.”

We would want to be present in every corner including the remotest part of the country so as to provide diagnostic service to as many people as possible. Our focus is to ensure that at least the basic services like X-Ray & pathology are available at all PHC’s and Hi-end facilities like CT Scan & MRI services at all district hospitals of the country. We would want to achieve this goal by partnering with various state government’s & trust hospitals.

Abhishek:How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream?

Ms. Jain:Every day is a new lesson and every person I have come across has taught me something new. I believe in taking good from people I meet and read a lot. This business not only has given me a new way to think, but I feel extremely blessed to be in this field. The amount of blessings we get from patients is our treasure. The happiness on the face of patients after getting diagnostics services at such low price in a 5-star infrastructurehas helped us gain the name in many hearts.

My Dream is to see as many states in India getting free diagnostics services or affordable diagnostics without compromising at quality and to see the name Krsnaa engraved in millions of hearts.

The thought itself gets a smile on my face when I visualize millions of happy faces and satisfied patients.

Abhishek:Tell me how you’ve approached change. 

Ms. Jain:Change is the need of time and need to grow, I am positive on the changes whichhelps me to be a better and accurate diagnosis solutions provider, also the technology change has only helped us grow better. To add specially is the vision of Our Hon.PM to see a healthier India and to make diagnostic service available free of cost across the country.

Abhishek:What was the most difficult lesson you have learned as an entrepreneur? 

Ms. Jain:I have learned a lot, but most importantly this area of healthcare needs a lot of empathy, patience and heart to serve.
