Nikita has worked with prestigious brands such as Marriott International Inc., Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings on board expertise in developing strategies for driving revenue through weddings and catering, MICE, groups and transient business segments. Working in close conjunction with revenue teams in the past has helped her sharpen her astute knowledge with respect to driving business from OTAs and other digital platforms as well. Nikita is well networked with the Travel Trade, EMC and Corporate fraternity and joins the leadership role with the ability to develop and nurture talent under her.
