ValueFirst Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., a B2B enterprise communication platform & services company has acquired Octane Marketing Pvt. Ltd; a marketing technology company.
 
Post the acquisition; ValueFirst intends to run Octane as a separate brand while using its sales structure and processes to build upon Octane's domain expertise. Along with being India's trusted & No. 1 Email Marketing service provider, Octane offers SMS & web marketing solutions.

Two of the three co-founders of Octane, Digvijay Bhandari & Samarth Saxena, have exited the business to pursue new ventures whilst Punit Modhgil will continue to drive Octane as part of ValueFirst's leadership team.
