At Amazon.com, as the Director of Merchant Services, he played a key role in building services that helped merchants sell on the Amazon platform. He has served as the Vice President of Customer Solutions at Junglee, where he was responsible for operations, deployment, customer service, and data acquisition for the Junglee Shopping Network and the Junglee Jobs Network. Under his leadership, Junglee deployed co-branded sites with Yahoo, CNET, ZDNet, Go2Net, Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and several other leading sites.
