`JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu takes you on a gastronomic sojourn to the land of Nawabs and Awadhi cuisine with the Purana Lucknow Street Food Festival being held at Saffron from 26^th May – 10^th June 2017.
 
Having a distinct individuality and identity, Nawabi cuisine is not only about the ingredients but also the way they are made by expert hands and presentation of the dish.
 
"Purana Lucknow" is an age old tradition that relates to having street food through the day. Even though the list of delicacies available on the streets of Lucknow are endless, Chef Shahnawaz Qureshi brings to you a specially curated menu from three major culinary cities in Lucknow, which are Aminabad, Chowk and Hussainabad, showcasing the popular street food culture.
 
This unique food festival will offer a wholesome of traditional dishes like Kakori kebab, Zimikand ki Shikampuri, Nihari Gosht, Tar Gosht, Hara Masala Bater, Desi Murgi ka Salan and many more. The sumptuous array of kebabs at the live station is meant to leave our guests wanting for more. To add to the overall experience, a customized cocktail menu inspired from Chef Shahnawaz Qureshi's carefully handpicked spices will also be available.
