Dream India Group, the Hyderabad-based eight-year-old diversified group with offices in Australia, Saudi Arabia, UK and USA and business interests in Real Estate, Infrastructure development, Exports, Imports, and Health Care announced a 300-acre mega Resort and luxurious Greek Style Villas real estate project.
Bollywood Film Star Anil Kapoor, the brand ambassador of the group, unveiled the project in Hyderabad on Monday night in a press conference which followed by grand gala function attended by who is who of the Hyderabad city.
The Project includes a Resort that shelters amusement, water parks, go-karting, many unique amenities and private farmlands. More than 29 adventure sports and amenities such as Air-Rifle Shooting, Archery, Rope Bridge, Horse Riding, Yoga Center, Tennis Court, theme gardens, gazebo and more to follow.
The project will come up at Bahadurpura, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. The 300-acre project includes a Dream Resort spread around an area of 20-acres, with an amusement park, waterpark and go-karting.
Addressing the media before unveiling the project, Anil Kapoor said, "after the mega blockbuster Bahubali film, everybody is looking at Telugu film Industry. The whole world is looking at Hyderabad. Telugu industry has got a lot of potentials."
"I have a special affection towards film industry. I made my debut in the Telugu film industry as a lead actor. It was Vamsa Vruksham in 1980, directed by the legend director Bapu," Anil Kapoor said.
Addressing at the launch press conference, Syed Rafi Ishaq, Chairman and Managing Director of Dream India Group said: "the resort will be your private paradise." With this venture we are introducing the weekend home concept, he said and added that the resort would be the closest resort to the city.
Unlike any other Resort, Dream Resort allows the provision to purchase open plots and farmlands, while the owner enjoys luxurious amenities of a full-blown resort. The project is a result of a collaboration between Dream India Group with Middle-East Partners Al-Hiba Real Estate and Associate Partners Integrity Ventures. The project outlay as per the initial estimates are to be in the range of Rs 250 to 300 crore when it is completed fully in next few years, he stated.
The Resort will be second to none regarding leisure and enjoyment, Rafi added. Hyderabad is home to more than 60 resorts. Dream Resort is going to be different, and one of the best among them added Rafi Ishaq. Greek Style Villas are a first-of-its-kind addition to a resort.
The resort will also house a 10,000 sq.ft clubhouse. Syed Rafi Ishaq described it as the ultimate gateway to happiness; it will have farm lands and five breathtaking Greek Style Villa types—Samaria, Delphi, Selena, Saina and Iris of 6, 4, 3, 2 & 1 BHK respectively. The villas will come up amidst sprawling mango groves brought from the finest varieties in the world.
The project will also make sure that the luxurious Greek Villas will be available for rent as well.
