NCS provides a preliminary Feedback through structured questionnaire; about every profile, organizes telephonic interviews on request by client. We are happy to provide accommodation for conducting interview at out office premises and also provide administrative assistance; we also undertake reference checks of the candidates on request from the client. 

We provide potential and trained manpower for client temporary requirements as well as other requirements on contract basis; we also extend the best services at competitive prices. The Man behind the success 

Dr. VenugopalRao Chikkala, a name to be reckoned in the National Community as a Human Resource professional who had helped many Indians brethren solve their problems with an innate desire to serve the poor, downtrodden and needy people, especially of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

In a profession where people make a mark after long periods of service, Dr. Venugopal had made a name for himself by delivering Human Resources service to expatriate communities, First generation entrepreneur and founder chairman of the Nikhil Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, and also Nikhil Foundation. Through this organization he had been able to impart valuable Human Resources that help to solve un-employment problems of people of Indians with an innate desire to serve the poor, downtrodden and needy people, especially of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

According to him, many Indians and in specific the Telugu speaking are in the forefront of employment both in India and abroad. Dr. Venu Gopal had been behind the success of many among them.

Regarding his education, Dr. Venu Gopal studied in the local Zilla Parishad School. Later he completed his Bachelors Degree with Arts from the Govt. Degree College. He finished his LLB from Andhra University; and later MBA-HR, Ph. D in Human Resources Management.

Dr. Venugopal Rao Chikkala, Dr. Venu has got around 9 years of rich experience in the areas of Human Resources Management. He worked for reputed organizations into Pharmacy & IT sectors located in Hyderabad.

He had founded the NIKHIL FOUNDATION in the year of 2007; the foundation served the poor, downtrodden and needy people of rural & urban slum areas for their upliftment, of EDUCATION, HEALTH and EMPLOYMENT.
