Incepted in March 2015, the primary objective of Connvero consulting Services is to imparting knowledge to the businesses in India about establishing and enhancing business opportunities in International Markets. Earlier the focus was on developing an online based platform/forum through which all the aspects of Export/s could be clustered reducing the time, efforts and cost incurred previously by the Organizations. Laterthe company also aims to offer various other services like Tax and Audit Consultation through it could further reduce the cost of our clients.

The costs at which we deliver these are a fraction as compared what our clients have been spending previously.  We differ from our competitors in numerous ways as most of our competitors are focusing on Automation of the process, we have been doing it in a more traditional manner although we have digitalized the process but our deliverables are completely routed through enhanced manual efforts eradicating the errors of assumption drastically. Our concept is first of its kind and very unique as compared to almost all our competitors.”

TCM:How does the company build a successful customer base?

Arun:We have focused completely on delivery module; the need of the customer is given prime importance and we do not hesitate in delivering additional services to an existent client without any charges as well.

TCM:What are the major milestones for the company since founding? Does the company have any new projects coming up?

Arun:The growth has been phenomenal considering that we have almost acquired 700 clients in short span of 10-11 months and almost 75% of these have been since April 2016 indicating a major increase in our Market Share. It would not be inappropriate to state that we have been one of the fastest growing companies in terms of the number of client’s FY 2016-17. A movement of achievement was when our company was invited to be one of the primary participants of GTDW 7 organized by the Ministry of Economy UAE to take part in the program which focuses on Customs & Trade Facilitation with the theme around the new generation of AEO Programs, FTA’s, mutual recognition between countries, enhancing customs to business dialogue to enhance cross border trade, supply chain security and customs compliance.

TCM:Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.

Arun:Our core purpose, along with our values, support our ambitious long term vision as an organization  to be the India’s most client-focused consultancy by 2020. It’s a fantastic journey to be a part of for our clients, and for our amazing team. Our values of honesty, integrity, commitment and delivery are important to us. We are honest and straightforward in all our dealings with clients, candidates, contractors and our employees. Our mission statement is to ensure that we provide the right solutions at the right time to maximize our clients’ business potential. We don’t want to be the biggest but we do want to be the best. As our business continues to grow we work hard to keep these values at the core of our operation. We are a company that values individuals and teamwork, where people care about each other and share their knowledge freely. We have also been working on similar program with a completely digitalized methodology to promote businesses in International Markets and with the launch of our program World Export Zone we hope to enhance the presence in 6 countries by the end of 2017. The launch of our program from the newly acquired office in Canary Wharf, London is one of the key achievements for us in a very short duration.

Arun Kumar Krishnan- Managing Director

Arun is a dedicated professional having an experience of more than 9 years in the Industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and International Business along with being a CA (PE-2) holder. He started his career in the marketing field for a startup and soon became an integral part of the Management of that company before moving to KPMG in 2011 to be a part of their Risk Management practice in Gurgaon. Arun is heading the operations of Connvero Consulting Services and is responsible for the development of strategies and drive the revenue for the organization.
