TCM: Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.

Bulbul Apps: We are expanding our offering on Bubul Apps in eight different languages. We received great reception for that so far. Pretty soon we are planning to expand the library content offering as well by adding eBooks, Videos and educational activities.

TCM: What are the major milestones for the company since founding? Does the company have any new projects coming up (or have you just completed a big project ~ reached a milestone, etc.)?

Bulbul Apps: Our second app being featured by Apple was a milestone. Looking that’s what gave us hope and that’s when we learned that with the help of great artists, by producing high quality original content for kids, we can stand out.

TCM: What is the business problem it hopes to solve with its solutions and offerings?

Bulbul Apps: We provide high quality interactive and curriculum mapped content to preschools and Kids. There is a huge need for digital Content for Kids aged 0-8. There is very little original and regional content. Cost of technology, production and marketing are huge barriers for storytellers and educators. We are aiming to solve their problem by enabling them to create content and by creating successful revenue yielding channels for them.

TCM: Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.

Leveraging our content production knows how and the brand awareness among parents, we are also partnering with several Preschools franchises as their digital content partner. We found a great reception with preschools and are we have aggressive plans of expansion.

A little chat with Mr. Prakash Dantuluri (Founder & CEO, Bulbul Apps)

TCM: How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream?

Prakash: I read every day. When I was young I used to read everything that fascinated me. It varied from quantum physics to philosophy. But lately I am sticking few key areas and few authors.

TCM: What was your journey like to get where you are?

Prakash: It’s been an exciting journey so far. I built companies with tremendous engineering capabilities. On the creative side, I experimented with every possible medium and did several innovative things.

I also failed spectacularly. Those memories still hurt me. But by and large, this journey made me do so many things that I could have only dreamed of and met so many interesting people that I couldn’t have and took me to so many places that I am thankful of. Given an opportunity, I would this all over again.

TCM: What was the most difficult lesson you have learned as an entrepreneur?

Prakash: What you don’t do is as important as what you do.
