Scott Stenclik – President and CEO, Superior Talent India, Inc.
As President and CEO of Superior Talent India, Inc., a member of the Superior Group, Scott oversees companywide contract negotiation, strategic long and short-term planning, implementation, and coordination of ongoing operations.
In 2007, Superior Group acquired Superior Talent India’s (formerly Summit HR India’s) U.S. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) assets. Superior Group first partnered with Summit HR to augment its internal recruiting capabilities. This endeavor provided immediate efficiencies and effectively integrated Superior’s U.S.-based, on-shore efforts with Summit HR’s off-shore operations. Through this partnership, Summit’s RPO line of business and Superior’s global customer reach and focus became a strategic complement.
Scott has led Superior Talent Resources, a Superior Group company, since 1992, and has been with the organization since 1986. Prior to Superior, he worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. Stenclik earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Navin Gautham P – Director and Country Manager, India Operations
Navin is responsible for tactical management at both Superior Talent India and Superior Shared Services India. He plays a key role in integrating Superior Talent India’s operations with Superior Group’s global strategy, leveraging the knowledge and successes, he has achieved while supporting Superior Shared Services India, and also enlisting the support of Superior’s global and domestic teams.
Navin has worked for Superior Talent India (previously Summit HR India) since 2005, where he has served in various capacities. During his eight-year tenure, Navin has played an integral role in India operations.
An engineering graduate in electronics and communications engineering from the Madras University in India, Navin brings 15+ years of work experience with him to Superior.
