Jyoti: What are the most effective marketing initiatives or programs you have used to promote your business?
Anil: We believe that for any business to grow, marketing becomes a vital process along with the other processes conducted to attain the business objective. Our Major Marketing Strategy is our Clients only. Majority of clients associate with JOBWORLD through the reference of our prospective clients. We have initiated engagements with our Business Development team to get better recognitions in the recruitment world wherein we have emphasized on the background of the organization and its accomplishments.
Also, since social media is most effective marketing strategy in today’s world, we have used social media, i.e., Facebook as our social media marketing idea which includes brief description of the organization.
In order to increase the marketing initiatives, we are slowly getting into other means of promotional activities such as magazines and we have published business advertisement in leading newspapers & Magazines.
Jyoti: What is the business problem it hopes to solve with its solutions and offerings?
Anil: The major problem faced by any business is the changing environmental structures and situations. We as an organization solve such issues by changing our strategies with the changing structures. We go along with the environment and market conditions most of the times and when required, we do get into the risk taking mode in order to find better solutions as we believe that “In business, one needs to get the taste of every risk too in order to become healthier.”
Jyoti: Please tell us about Road Map and Future Plans of your organizations.
Anil: The Company’s plan is to expand the team to 100 by 2017 and would also wish to set up business operations in areas such as Chennai and Hyderabad with increased scope of contractual staffing.
Jyoti: How do you learn in your life and what is your biggest dream?
Anil: Like the saying goes “Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching” Life is all about lessons which is never ending. As per my experiences, we tend to learn more from the mistakes that we make in life which prevents us from committing costly mistakes. Also, it is all about the experiences in life from which we learn more.
Jyoti: What was your journey like to get where you are?
Anil: This has been a journey just like any roller coaster ride with a lot of ups and downs. The journey has just got challenging at every point wherein new lessons have been learnt and new experiences have been bagged.
Like any other business, we have also learnt with the mistakes committed and with all the risks taken when required. It was definitely not easy to reach this level without the determination to achieve the desired goal that was set initially and also with the help of the team that has been with the organization right from its inception.

Anil conceived JOBWORLD as a highly differentiated recruitment platform at the turn of the millennium to serve the rapidly emerging Indian technology industry. He has served with more than 200 IT companies and could successfully place more than 10000 IT professional in IT industry during the tenure with JOBWORLD. His core areas of interest are the creation and implementation of new business models in the recruitment industry. Anil is focused on client engagement and manages a fulfillment team of more than 50 professionals working on a variety of technology skills including highly specialized and niche areas. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Poona Institute Of Management Science & Entrepreneurship. He has around 20 years of experience in the IT industry of human resource services worked with Motech Software and Leading IT recruitment companies in India.
