ORIENTATION was formed in 2005 in Delhi. A one company started at the Car carriage with a work station and a Laptop. – ORIENTATION by 2007 employed 11 more staff and generated annual revenues of approximately INR 3 million.
In the year 2009, ORIENATION became ORIENTATION HRPlus and added a more services like HR Management and Payroll processing.
In the year 2014 ORIENTATION HRPlus became BUSINESS ORIENTATION INC., and added more services into its portfolio.

Ravi Padmanabhan is the Chief Executive Officer of Business Orientation Inc, (BOI) India's best Comprehensive business solution company from Bangalore. He is widely recognized for his role in shaping the MSE sector in India and for his leadership of the BOI.
Ravi began his career, as Medical Representative in 1987 and travelled long wasy to become a CEO of Business Orientation Inc. A firm conceptualized and managed by Ravi and owned by family members. He took on the challenge of building the nascent retail business, with strong focus on technology, innovation, process reengineering and expansion of distribution and scale.
From 2005 to 2016, he has been the Chief Executive Officer during a critical period of rapid change in the global and Indian Recruitment landscape.
In addition to his responsibilities at BOI, Ravi has been a member of the recruitment Board in Construction , Real Estate and Infrastructure.
