Talent21 assists and advises a large number of clients from different sectors. One of their client was faced the challenge of strengthening the team for their startup to a substantial figure of 100 in four weeks. Another challenge was eighty percent of these had to be lateral resources with similar experience. Entire HR functions and leadership and Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) teams were also to be hired. After all, the biggest challenge was that getting resources on board with in a month .
