Amit Ajmani is Managing Director of KBACE India. Amit Ajmani leads the executive team of the compnay since its inception. He provides the vision and strategic direction for the growth of the company. Mr. Ajmani has two and a half decades of industry experience in both global and India domestic markets helping clients maintain their competitive edge using latest technologies and solutions and thereby gaining their trust as an advisor. He has advised large-size clients on system implementation and business transformations in the area of Human Capital Management, Financial operations and CRM. His vision is to transform KBACE India into a specialized cloud solution provider for the APAC region.
He is passionate about organizational development and he constantly ponders over how to build a sustainable and a scalable company hiring and developing the best talent in the industry. His expertise in setting up and overseeing offshore Operations (ODC) and fostering relationships within the industry has allowed KBACE India to grow and become a key piece of KBACE’s success.
Mr. Ajmani comes from a background of application development followed by rich ERP consulting experience including Fortune 500 clients in the international markets including US and India. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the GB Pant University, India and M. S in Electrical and Electronics from University Of Adelaide, SA, Australia.
