“When we started off, our purpose of having strong in-house content team was mainly on providing customized study modules. As we grew and engaged with customers more, we realized the need of transitioning education training from push-based model to pull-based. Now, students suggest us what course material they need and we are able to serve them in a quick timeframe possible (within 5 days). We are closely engaged with our students and we gather their feedback and improve our content quality and delivery,” a spokesperson of Career Anna told The CEO Magazine.

Varun Saxena, who started Career Anna, holds a B.Tech degree from a premier government institute. He has worked in industry as SAP Consultant for couple of years and pursued MBA from NITIE Mumbai. He has served Business Wipro Technologies before starting Career Anna. He has also authored couple of books on banking and MBA preparation. He had been associated with multiple online education forums before starting Career Anna and hence he understands what the student needs when it comes to the Banking, Government Jobs and MBA exams.

Most of the existing online and offline players are dependent on outsourced content and are not able to serve the students properly. Career Anna is the only platform where students get what they need and not what platform has. The courses offered at Career Anna are extremely state-of-the-art and industry relevant.
